Using EBiT Civic

By using ebits.in you agree to these terms. EBiT Civic is a free, independent tool for recording and tracking public civic problems in Bengaluru.

Honest, respectful reports

• Report only real public problems you have seen.
• No fake, abusive, defamatory or misleading content.
• Avoid photographing private people's faces, number plates or homes where you can.
• We may hide or remove content that breaks these rules.

Road safety comes first

• Mount your phone securely before starting AI Dashcam.
• Never touch or look at the screen while your vehicle is moving.
• Follow all traffic laws. You are responsible for how you ride or drive.

Public records

Published issues, their photos and history are public. By submitting, you allow EBiT to display and share them for civic purposes. Status changes are logged and not overwritten.

No guarantee of action

Reporting on EBiT does not file an official complaint and does not guarantee any government response or repair. See our Disclaimer.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, EBiT is not liable for losses arising from using the service, inaccurate data, or third-party actions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru having jurisdiction.
