EBiT Civic is an independent civic technology platform. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, or an official grievance channel of the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP), the Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA), its city corporations, or the Government of Karnataka.
WhatsApp messages
When you share an issue to a helpline, EBiT only prepares a message. You send it yourself from your own WhatsApp. It is not an official filing unless the authority accepts it through its own process.
Government data
Ward boundaries, tenders, work orders and payments are reproduced from public sources such as OpenCity and BBMP archives. They may be incomplete, outdated or contain errors. Always check official sources before relying on them.
AI results
AI detections and severity ratings are estimates and can be wrong. They are reviewed before being treated as confirmed issues.
