What we collect

• Your email address, if you create an account.
• Photos, short videos and descriptions you submit with a report.
• The GPS location of a report, used to place it in the right ward.
• Report activity: status changes, verifications and observations.

AI Dashcam video stays on your phone

Dashcam video is stored only in your browser on your own device (a rolling buffer of about one hour). It is never uploaded to our servers and never sent to AI. Only individual still road photos are checked by AI to detect problems, and only photos tied to a published issue are kept.

How evidence is stored

Photos and videos are kept in private storage and shown through EBiT links. Published civic issues, including their photos and approximate location, are public so neighbours and officials can see them.

Cookies and tracking

We use only essential browser storage: your sign-in session, your light/dark preference and device-local dashcam clips. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Service providers

We use cloud hosting and storage providers, and Google Gemini to analyse still road photos. They process data only to run the service.

Retention and deletion

Civic issue records are kept as a public history. You can delete your own reports from My Reports. To delete your account or request a copy of your data, email auth@ebits.in. We respond within 30 days, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
